Outlook 2007 Rules corrupt

Does anyone know how to delete rules in Outlook 2007? We recently upgraded
from Outlook 2003 to 2007. We use Exchnage 2003. After the upgrade one of
my users cannot open Rules and Alerts. My guess is there is a corrupt rule,
so I would like to delete the rules and start over. One other note is we use
Outlook in Terminal Services 2003. Thanks.

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanrules

Will this work on a terminal server? I setup a test rule and tried it with
my user but the rule was still there.

It shouldn't make a difference where Outlook is running, but you have to
issue the Start>Run on the terminal server and not on the local PC.
