Outlook 2007 Restore Down is the same as Minimize

Outlook 2007 on Vista.

Outlook only works in full maximize or it is minimize to the task bar.
I can not restore down to resize or move the Outlook window.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2007 and Outlook still is broken.

The other Office 2007 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) work fine.

I am having this same problem with Outlook and Vista. When I try to restore
the window down to a smaller size all I get is the title bar. nothing else.
It works fine at fully maximized or minimized....I hope somebody knows
something!

It started after a windows update install.

Well I just fixed it. David if you check back for an answer - and it is the
same problem. I right clicked on the title bar and selected size. Then it
let me resize the window from there. I have no idea how it originally
happened.
