Outlook 2007 will not minimize to taskbar.

I have one user out of 20 that has the problem of her Outlook not minimizing
to the task bar.

OS is Windows XP Professional
Outlook is 2007 from the Office 2007 professional suite.

When she clicks to minimize Outlook it does not appear on the task bar.
This just started happening. I do not beleive there have been any changes to
here system.

At a loss on what to check.

I found the answer shortly after posting. Right cliciking on the Outlook
icon in the system tray/notification area there is a hide when minimized
option. It was checked. Removed check and all is well.

See if there is an icon in the Notification Area on the right. Right click on
it and uncheck "hide when minimized."
