Window Title Bar Messed Up For Outlook

Hi,

I noticed after a recent Office 2007 update that the Title Bar for the
Outlook 2007 program window has changed such that the boxes around the
Minimize, Maximize and Close icons had disappeared along with the icons'
colors. The reason I'm suspecting an Office vs a Windows update is that it
only happens for Outlook. All the other windows, including the one I'm
typing into here, look normal. I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate SP1. Any
ideas?

Can you reproduce this in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe

If possible, could you post a screenshot somewhere? This might clear up
thing a bit more.

I tried sending a screenshot of Outlook and Windows Mail windows, which
shows the difference I'm describing, but it failed because of the size. Can I
email it to you directly?

Also, Outlook /Safe gave me the same result.
