| Hi,
|
| The reminder setting is with each appointment/meeting in the calendar
| folder. We can follow the steps below to quickly turn off the reminder
for
| each calendar item.
|
| 1. Go to the second calendar folder which you want to disable reminder.
| Click View menu > Current View > All Appointments.
|
| 2. Right-click a column heading, and then click Field Chooser.
|
| 3. Drag the "Reminder" field to the table heading. Close Field Chooser.
|
| 4. In the reminder column, click the Ring symbol to turn off the reminder
| for each calendar item.
|
| If anything is unclear or if you have any other concerns, please don't
| hesitate to contact me.
|
| Regards,
|
| Emily Lin

| | How do I disable reminders for a whole calendar. When I upgraded from
| | Outlook XP to Outlook 2007, Outlook decided to start sending me
reminders
| for
| | some of the items (but not all) in a second calendar.
