Outlook Calendar Reminder Pop Ups

I have Outlook 2007 and reminders do not pop up when I put them on the
calendar. Plus when I open Outlook, reminders I have previously dismissed
or deleted reappear.

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.
start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders
