Outlook 2007 problem with Vista

I upgraded my OS to Vista and I am also using Office 2007. Since installing
Vista I cannot use Outlook 2007. I get the following message

File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the
fil
C:\Users\HP_Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\OutIMS\N-0000000a.pst.

What does this mean and I can I fix it? I would hate to think that Office
2007 is not completely compatiable with Vista

Thanks

I am also getting this following message in Outlook 2007
An extension failed to initialize. Cannot open file: extend.dat. You don't
have appropriate permission to perform this operation. I am the only person
using this computer.

I thought the name change might solve that problem of mixing up Outlook with
Outlook Express! Oh! Well!
