Error in Vista - Microsft Outlook 2007 Mail

I cannot get into Scanpst.exe to repair whatever problem there is.

Everytime I try to open Microsoft 2007 Outlook Mail it gives error.

I unstalled Microsoft Office 2007 and reinstalled and still get error --
even after I rebooted.

You might get a faster answer for Outlook problems in newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general

It's probably a good idea to mention your Outlook version number
and that you are running under Vista.
