Outlook 2007 opens too late

I have Office Enterprise 2007 ,When I start the Outlook ,It opens too lateiBut
when I start windows in safe mode it starts normal.How can I solve this
problem?

Is there a timebomb attached to your computer whose clock starts
ticking when the power comes up that explodes before Outlook finally
gets loaded?

The Outlook WHAT? "start Outlook" is not the same as "start the
Outlook <somethinghere>".

Opens too late for WHAT?

If Outlook is starting however you deem not "too late" then you have a
plug-in that is slowing operation or loading of Outlook. Disable all
plug-ins in Outlook and reload Outlook (rather than use its safe
mode). If Outlook does not "start too late" then start reenabling the
plug-ins one at a time until the problem is exhibited again at which
point you know which plug-in is causing the "too late" problem.
