Microsoft office outlook 2007 wont start

Hello, I cannot open Microsoft Outlook Express 2007. It just won't start
unless I reboot my computer. When I re-start my computer I get this message:
"Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting Outlook in safe mode
will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully
start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.
Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?"
When I start it in safe mode and go to the 'Disabled' there is nothing listed.
Can somebody please help me? Regards-Grant

Thanks Milly for your help. I went to Tools>Trust Centre and I applied the
macro security settings for the installed add-ins and now it starts fine.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you-Grant
