Outlook 2007 - MS Word Customized Keyboard & Macros

I've found that by dropping normal.dot into Word startup folder, 2007 will
take on all the (many) keyboard customizations I use for editing functions.
How can I get Outlook 2007 to use these as well? This wasn't a problem in
Outlook 2003.

Outlook 2007 holds a separate configuration from Word. Such settings are now
kept in normalemail.dotx

I don't know what this reply means. Does it mean that normal.dotx should be
copied to some folder and renamed normalemail.dotx in order for Outlook to
recognize the editing functions I've assigned to key combinations in MS Word?
If it does not, how can I assign editing functions to my preferred key
combinations in Outlook? Thanks.
