Outlook 2007 - Meeting

Hello,

I use Outlook 2007 with Windows Vista. I share my superior's calendar. I
have somme problems when I creat "meeting invitation".

1. Some times, the same attendies will appear 3 times in my list
2. When I modify the meeting, by adding some one or deleting someone from
the list I do not always get the option asking if I want to send the modifyed
meeting only to the persons I have added or deleted.

1. Are you adding individuals or distribution lists? Are you saying that you
add them once and they are multiplied when you send the invite?

2. Do you have Office 2007 SP2 installed? Are there any addins? This is a
known issue with some addins - including the Live Maps addin which no longer
maps and needs uninstalled.

Hello Mrs Poremsky,

Thank you for answering my questions so promptly.

1. I use distribution list and individual adresses. And yes I add them once
and the adresses multiply when they are sent.
