Outlook 2007 Inbox Appearance

Somehow I accidentally changed the appearance of my OutlookInbox.
Ordinarily, the unread emails are in bold font, naking them very easy to
identify. For some reason, that is not longer the case. I have tried to fix
it but the best I can do so far is to insert the little envelope column onto
the page - closed envelope means unread, open envelope means read.

I would appreciate any help which would enable me to change it back to the
way it originally was.

Reset your default Messages view;
View-> Arrange By-> Customize...-> Reset Current View
