outlook 2007. how to I change bacground color of outgoing HTML ema

I have no stationery (tools>options> mail format or actions>new email
using...) which I would like, but I would be content if I could just change
the default background color of my outgoing HTML emails.

I am sure the recipients of your emails would appreciate it if you did not. What does a colored background add to the message? NOTHING.
