Stationery Picker

I have a HTML stationery signature I used on my outgoing emails in Outlook
2003.

To load it I went to Tools, Options, Mail Format and Stationery Picker, and
then chose new and dropped in.

In 2007 the stationery picker is no longer there, I really want to use my
previous design, is there any way round this?
