Outlook 2007 - Hotmail Sync

I have 4 different email inboxes in my Outlook. One of them is the Hotmail
Inbox. Even though I have new email in my hotmail inbox and have done the
Send/Recieve, I can never see that there is new email until I click on the
inbox and see the new items. This only happens in the Hotmail Inbox. Once I
click the Send/Recieve I can automatically see how many messages are on the
other 3, but Hotmail is always blank, not even the New Mail Envelope on the
Notification area, where the clock is. I ALWAYS have to click on the inbox to
see how many new messages I have.

Does anyone know how to fix this?? Outlook 2003 didn't have this problem!!!

What exactly do you mean? It doesn't show you the amount of unread items in
blue behind the folder name?

Exactly!!! It dosen't show me the amount of unread items in blue, but this
problem is only for the Hotmail Inbox. I have to click on the Hotmail Inbox
for it to show the blue number of unread items.

Has this been an upgrade or a clean installation?
Remove the Hotmail account and then add it again. In addition verify that
you have the latest version of the Outlook Connector installed.

This is a brand new instalation, it's a new computer... I uninstalled and
reinstalled Office and it did the same thing, it dosen't show the unread
items. Where can I get the latest version of Outlook Connector?? Do you think
this will fix it??

Does Outlook Connector SYNC?? Or does it only download the mail items in your
Hotmail Inbox. I just deleted a couple of emails on my Hotmail Inbox via
Outlook 2007 with the latest version of the Outlook Connector installed and
they delete perfectly from Outlook, but when I log in to my Hotmail Inbox,
via Internet Explorer, I can still see them all in the Inbox.

Is there an option for this?? When I use to sync using my Hotmail account
using the HTTP option that Outlook has it would sync my inbox and all the
folders in Hotmail. Also, when I used to send emails through Outlook these
would get stored in my sent items in both Outlook and Hotmail, Outlook
Connector only stores them in the Hotmail sent items folder...

It does a full sync and you can even upload changes to items which was not
possible via HTTP.

Mine isn't syncing!!! I delete something from my inbox in Outlook 2007, and
click on the send/recieve button, and when I log into my hotmail accout via
the Internet Explorer, it's still there!! I did that yesterday, and when I
checked it today, their still there!!

How can I fix this??
