Outlook OutLook 2007 Freeze on Appointments Recievce

Hi
I have two different laptops.
One wit XP Pro,and one Wih Vista Premium.
Both Laptops have Office 2007 Full.
When Sending an invitation to an appointment, the recieving outlook would freeze.
There is no exchange in the office, so appointments get sent by email.
I did use scanpst.exe to try and fix the problem, but it didn't help.
any idea why it happening?
