Outlook 2007 Calendar and appointment question

Outlook 2007.

I added a new appointment (private) in my calendar with "all day
event" option.

I would like that, when other colleagues try to invite me for an
appointment, they will be notified that I am busy (or absent) all day
long.

Is it possible to do automatically ?

Thanks.

If you make the "Show time as" value "Busy", even if it's private, people
should see it in your free/busy as "busy", even though they won't be able to
see why. All day events are, by default, marked as
"free". You must change it to busy if you want people to see that.
