Outlook Calendar

I have a user that can not create an appointment in there calendar in a PST.
They are able to create an appointment on the mailbox side. This is Outlook
2003. I would appreciate any help.

Nothing comes up and no errors.

If you right click in the calendar in the PST file can you create items?
Normally you only create items in the default Calendar folder which is
probably the one in your mailbox

The user has a calendar item also in the archive pst and is able to create a
event there. If you right click and try to create an event in the pst
nothing comes up. Also you can't double click in the calendar to create
one.

Interesting and odd... real long shot, try running ScanPST.EXE on that PST
file to see if it's damaged. Do any of the other folders in the that PST act
normal?

I have done a scanpst and all the other folders seems fine. The pst is
right around 3G in size.

Really, really long shot... how many items are in the folder?

Thanks for your help. It looks like it was a problem with Office
Communicator. After uninstalling it calendar started working again.
Reinstalled OC and the calendar still works. That was a weird one.
