Outlook 2007 delete an email in send mode

Mike

I have an email originated in Word 2007 that is hung up in my send box. I
cannot delete it and it will not send. I know that there may be a email
address that is not deliverable, but I can't get to it. I keep getting a
message that the program has begun sending the email, but it is still there
or at least says it is.

Create or open another PST file in Outlook and temporarily change it to be
the default mail delivery location. Then see if you can delete the "sending"
message from the Outbox in the original PST or mailbox. Once you've deleted
it, reset the default mail delivery location.

Thanks for the advice. I somehow was able to open Outlook in the safe mode as
well as swtich it to offline. I was then able to delete the email and clear
the issue.
