Help me delete an email in tranmission. wont go 86MB!

I tried to send an email of pics...the size of the whole email is 86MB. It
has set in my outbox trying to send for three days. I cannot get it to
delete by clicking on delete after selecting or right clicking on the email.
When I try opening the email the message I get is: "Cannot open this item.
Outlook has already begun transmitting this message!

When I need to send an email, I have to shut down and restart Outlook.

Set outlook offline and wait 5 min, then delete. If this doesn't work, see
