Outlook 2007 Crashes everytime

I have upgraded the Office 2003 Suite to the Office 2007 Plus Suite.
Everytime I try to reply or create a new message Outlook crashes and
restarts. I have disabled all of the plugins and I have Adobe Reader 8.1.2
installed. I am running XP SP2 and below is the error message that is left in
the Application log.

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6300.5000, stamp 4760725d,
faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.2180, stamp 41109752, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00037696.

I have pushed the same package to another system through SMS 2003 and
everything seems to be fine but my installation is still broke. Outlook seems
to run fine in safemode but out of safemode as soon as you hit the send
button it crashes.
