outlook 2007 crash

C

CarlosC

I installed Outlook 2007 enterprise in a Vista Ultimate, but when I try to
start Outlook it is not starting. In the Event viewer I have the following
error message:

Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6212.1000, time stamp
0x46e03e45, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0x80000003, fault offset 0x00042ea8, process id
0xfc0, application start time 0x01c88088a91ccc06.

I can't find a solution to this problem. Please if someone knows a possible
solution...
I have already tried reinstalling and still the same.

Best regards
Carlos

Outlook not even starts. I'm getting a message that reads:

Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working.

So, when you create a new mail profile using Control Panel->mail icon->profiles, and then start Outlook, you get the same issue??

Have you tried starting in Safe mode? start->run->outlook.exe /safe (Notice the space after the .exe and before the /)

I found this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2000071

I only tried this switch: "/cleanprofile" and for me it worked. Don't know yet what I'll have to miss but now my outlook seems stable.
