Outlook 2003 refuses to load

Hi

I tried to run outlook 2003 on my machine this morning (Windows Vista) and it refused to load. The event viewer gave this log:

Faulting application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 11.0.8217.0, time stamp
0x480f95d9, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00062086, process id

I have done some looking online and a problem some people had was with a cloudmark plugin, but I know I havent got this on my machine.

Can anyone help????

With Outlook closed, search for the following files:

outcmd.dat
frmcache.dat
extend.dat
SRS

They are likely in hidden folders so ensure you enable searching those or
unhide them using Windows Explorer. Once you find them, rename them (eg:
outcmd.dat_old). Restart Outlook to see if that helps.
