Outlook just shuts down

My Outlook continues to just shut down on it's own. i will be in the middle
of sending an email as soon as i hit the "send" button i get a fatel error
message and find the below messages in my event viewer.

Check your application event viewer for entries related to Outlook or
Office. Post the EventID and source.

Also, does this happen if you open Outlook in safe mode?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

Note there is a space between outlook.exe and /safe.
