Outlook 2007 changing a URL?

We have Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007. An application we use sends two
links for manager approval or rejection in the same email. What is happening
though is that the links sometimes appear to be randomly changed by Outlook.
We did a test by sending through Exchange again but to an external email
account and that worked. Then we also sent to another internal account but
opened the link within OWA and that was fine. Does anyone know of an issue
where Outlook 2007 would change the Link / URL making it unreachable? Now of
course the main issue being this issue does not happen all the time so have
not been able to truely single in on the true culprit.

Thanks!

What message format are you using for the email? HTML?

Correct, the message format is HTML. I am actually thinking that it is the
application sending the email and the links in it that has the issue now. If
Outlook did this every time then I would be more after Outlook but this is a
random thing.
