SBS2007 Exchange and Office Outlook 2007

Exchange has been configured to be the email enging - replacing GoDaddy. All
User Mail Box accounts are receiving email via OWA. I set up about 6
accounts as 'Mail Contact' such as service@ or accouinting@ or webfax@
yourais.com - each of which generally gets a good deal of traffic. We are
not receiving email into these accounts. I don't know how to fix that...

We use Outlook 2007 as our email client. I have configured Outlook to use
pop.yourais.com and tested it. The test email did send and arrived in the
correct User Mail Box account - using OWA but did not forward to the end
user's Outlook pst file. I don't kow how to fix that.

Needless to say the office is in great disarray - running in circles - could
really use some 'step-bystep' instructions.

Thanks,

Rick Pelham

Contacts are not mailboxes but can be used to forward mail to external or
internal addresses which do hold mailboxes of their own. Are you saying that
it does arrive in those mailboxes when viewed in OWA?

Why are you configuring Outlook to connect to the Exchange server via POP3
and not via an Exchange account? As POP3 is not fully configured by default
with a default Exchange installation, you either need to complete the
configuration of your POP3 server or connect via an Exchange account
connection.

Your post is not clear enough to provide any step-by-step instructions.
