Outlook 2007 Calendar

Hi
Is there any way to create a custom view to display dates that do not
have meetings or appointments scheduled? I work as a consultant and
am often required to produce a list of available dates for clients.
At the moment it is quite a tedious process typing up each date that
does not appear bold in my calendar. I have tried on numerous
occasions to create a custom view which is the exact opposite of the
Active Appointments view without any luck. I would appreciate any
suggestions.
Thanks
Heather

Hi Roady
Thanks for the response, but what I am looking for is to be able to
provide a number of available dates quickly and easily that I could
copy off a calendar view and paste into an e-mail message. Just
today, for instance I had to provide 4 different clients with date
availability over the next 3 months. Sure, once I have done this for
one, I can copy and paste into the other e-mails. I would appreciate
any further suggestions in solving this issue.
Thanks
Heather

No, at least not directly. You can right click on the Calendar and choose
Send via Email... to show your availability over the next 3 months.
