Outlook 2007 - Print calendar in table view with recurring appointments

I don't know how many hours I have spent trying to figure this out;
hopefully someone can help.

I want to print a calendar in table view that will show all events/
appointments, including each occurence of a recurring appointment. How
do you do that? The table view in Outlook lists all of my appointments
but only the first occurence of the recurring appointment.

I downloaded the Outlook Calendar Printing Assistant from the
microsoft website and it "almost" does what I am looking for. One of
the annual calendar templates (year with key dates) allows you to
print all appointments including recurring appointments, but it uses
half the page for an annual calendar. Unfortunately I end up with 16
pages of events when I only need 8, because I don't want the generic
calendar to print on each page. It doesn't look like this add-in
allows you to modify any of the templates.

Any help would be awesome, as I am trying to maintain a calendar for a
youth group and this would make everyone's life a whole lot easier.

Thanks!

In a table view, the recurring appoinment will only show once. That's
because it only exists once. It is a single "item" with properties that
make it display on a Calendar format in a recurring way.

To see each occurence you need to print a traditional Calendar style view.
Or get an addin that will do it. You could try www.slipstick.com fro
Outlook printing tools.
