By default when looking at the little calendar in the Outlook ToDo Bar or
when the Calendar tab is selected in Outlook 2007 the dates with appointment
are in bold. However, more than likely due to my failing eyesight, it is
hard for me to distinguish between the highlighted days and the
non-highlighted days.

Is there any way to change the color of the dates with appointments, to say,
bold red? It would make it a whole lot easier to see at a glance which days
have appointments.

Thanks,
Michael

Sorry I can't help you with colours but you can make the font larger for
that Date Navigator (the little Calendar doo dad)

The setting for the Date Navigator font is at Tools | OPtions | Other |
Advanced Options - then it's in the middle under Appearance Options.

I hope that helps a bit.
