Outlook 2007 (Cached Mode Password Prompt)

Hi all,

i was just wondering if anyone could help at all.

We are running Exchange 2007 with selected people running Office 2007. The people who are Running Office 2007 on Laptop's with cached mode enabled keep getting asked to enter a authentication password for the server every now and then. If you take cached mode off this does not happen but the laptop users need this on. There is no problem for people using Office 2003 in either mode.
