Outlook 2007 cache clears itself?

We have Office 2007 for all our supervisors and management team. They all got
set up the same way and all have pretty much the same settings. I know how to
go into the options to manually clear the cache for Outlook. However, our
problem is that on 2 particular computers the cache clears itself at least
once a day and we don't want it to do that. All the settings are set to
prevent that but it still happens but only on 2 computers. The rest work just
fine. We have over 250 computers spread across 7 buildings but only these
misbehave. Any ideas?

To which cache are you referring? The Forms cache? The autocompletion
cache?

The auto complete that fills in the emails of recent people you have
emailed.

A new mail profile should repair the autocompletion cache. It's easy to
break it.
