autocomplete cache clears itself everyday

In Outlook 2003, my autocomplete feature seem to work but the
cache file resets itself everytime I close/re-open outlook. So, at
work, the feature works wonder during the entire day but the next
morning, the cache seems to have cleared it self.

How can this be fixed, thanks!

I'm having the same issue with three users in the company I give support to.

Any ideas why the NK2 file seems to "forget" some adresses or all of them??

That's a sign of a damaged mail profile. Create a new mail profile an
rename the existing NK2 file to match the new profile name (with Outlook
closed, of course). See if that helps.
