Outlook 2007 Beta 2 keeps on hanging

Did I already ask about add-ins and virus scanner plugins? This really
shouldn't be happening with a 20 MB PST in a new profile.

No, you haven't but I already have email scanning turned off in my virus
checker and I just disabled all the non-Microsoft COM add-ins I had
installed and it still hangs. *sigh*

Disable all add-ins except the VBA one.
It could very well be a Microsoft add-in that is causing the issue.

It seems to hang when you try to do an IMAP operation (such as change
folders, delete an email, etc.) while Outlook is in the middle of a
Send/Recevive.

Does it get any better if you disable automatic send/receive? In order
to get new messages with IMAP, you don't need automatic send/receive.
They should appear in your Inbox automatically while that folder is
active in Outlook (I know of a bug with some IMAP servers, so this might
not work).

I disabled the automatic send/receive and it was working fine for a while
but then I did a manual send/receive and it hung again *sigh*

OK. Can you use Start, Run and execute msinfo32. Then go into File, Save
(this might take 10 mins) and zip up the file you get. Email the file
plus a summary of what your issue is to my email address (you can get it
from my website).
This sounds like something that MS needs to look into.
