Outlook 2007, Beta 2, not opening or closing normally

Recently, I have not been able to open Outlook 2007, Beta 2, after initial an
opening and closing without rebooting. XP appears to be 'working' with
hourglass but no Outlook screen appears. Also, when I close sign off of XP,
I get a message that shows Outlook message box showing Outlook.exe trying to
close and then message is Outlook is 'not responding.'

Make sure you are running the Beta without any add-ins.
