Outlook 2007 and 2003 reading the same pst file

S

Skip Williams

I am running xp sp2 with outlook 2003. I have recently installed vista with
outlook 2007 as a dual boot, intending to begin using vista exclusevely.
However, I am having committment issues with Vista<g> and would like to
switch back and forth when needed for my old stuff on XP.

I would like to send/receive mail when on either OS.

Can I point the vista outlook 2007 to the xp outlook 2003 pst files and have
every thing work ok while booting back and forth between the two OSs?

Thanks

Skip

But you may experience some minor issues with how Outlook 2007 indexes messages that is not available in OUtlook 2003. Just an FYI.

I have not heard of any corruption but only minor annoyances.
