Outlook 2007 Address Book

[PC Mechanic]

I can't get the addresses to show up when creating a new message. I've
looked at several forum suggestions, but none work. The big problem I'm
having is that I cannot get the folder properties to allow me to check the
box to use as address book.

I'm stumped. Any suggestions? Thanks.
