Outlook 2003

I had used Outlook express for along time. Got a new computer and put in
Office Professional Edition 2003. I have had problem with doulble and tripley
email coming in from my Network and they say it is not there problem. so what
can it be.
 
If you have an Antivirus running and checking your incoming then close it.
See if that issue stops.
