Trying to send an email to more then 25 recipients gives
an error on the 26th recipient

452 4-5.3 To many recipients

Is this a setting somewhere?

It's a limit being imposed by your ISP (Comcast?). Outlook does not have
any such limit.
 
Helping a friend on a side job supposedly he has already
checked with the ISP, never seen this one before,
