Is there anyway to get the mailbox to appear before the
personal folders? It seems weird to me that the 1st In
Box would be below the 2nd in box.

I was under the impression that the Folder View displayed things in
alphabetical order. It certainly does for me, with "Archives" coming before
"Mailbox - mydisplayname" coming before "Personal Folders"
