Outlook 2003

I upgraded to outlook 2003 and I pretty happy with it.
The only thing I noticed is that is frequently sync
folders and slows the program down.

Any ideas on how to speed the program up. Can you stop
the folders sync??

What kind of server are you getting your mail from?
