Outlook 2003

Eric

Everytime after I close down Outlook 2003, I get the
following notice:

"The file normal.dot already exists. Do you want to
replace the existing file?"

When I press "NO," I get the save as dialog box.
When I press "Cancel," Word starts. When I close it, I get
the same message.
When I press "Yes," nothing further happens.

Why is this?

At a guess, I would say that the page setup you use in
Outlook is different than the page setup you use in
Word. Make sure your default settings are the same in
both and see if that doesn't clear it up.

Thank you Nancy, for responding.

When you say that, can you tell me what I am looking for?
I have no clue what that means. Would be great.

Thanks,
Eric
