How do I get outlook to work? When I open outlook, a message appears,
"Operation Failed". First, how do I get Outlook to open correctly and use
BCM?

Try creating a new profile for Outlook

and see if it open also post any outlook queries to microsoft.public.outlook
and then we can check the BCM issue
