HELP !!: BCM database cannot be loaded

I left a post the other day with no response so I'm trying again...

I'm using Office Professional 2003 and have had this occur before but have
forgotten how to fix it:

When Outlook is opening up, I get this message: BCM for Outlook Database
cannot be loaded . The action cannot be completed because BCM cannot access
the database. The database is currently stopped. Do you want to change the
database config?

What do I do to be able to open up my BCM and see my contacts and history?

Seeing other notes here, I also went into the Services file from Run, and
found the file: MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ

It is set to automatic but showed it was stopped. When I clicked Start, I
get this message:
Could not start MSSQL$MICROSOFTSMLBIZ Service on local computer. Error
3: The system cannot find the path specified.

Please help me someone!!
