Business Contact manager Cannot Be Loaded - Unable to Open PhysicalFile

For whatever reason, BCM is now giving me this error:

"Business Contact manager Cannot Be Loaded.
This action cannot be completed because BCM cannot access the DB.
Unable to open physical file "C:\........" Operating error 5 (Access
is denied)
Do you want to change the database configuration?"

I am unable to use any aspect of BCM which holds all of my business
contact information and history.

Does anyone has any recommendations on how to fix this?

Frustrated with MS BCM!

Thanks for the help, JS

Did anything change between last time BCM worked and now?; e.g.,
changed user name, installed service pack for office, sql, or bcm.

What version of BCM are you using?

Thanks for the reply. The only thing I changed was my XP user
account. I added password security. Other than that, nothing was
changed in Outlook or BCM. The thing that makes this so frustrating
was that BCM was working fine in the morning yesterday. When I tried
using it in the evening, I received the errors. I'm running Office
'07 (v. 12.0.6215.100) with BCM SP1 (v. 3.0.69.12.0). I was a beta
tester for BCM and in the past found a flaw with the software.
Apparently if your history items or deleted items folders get too
large, you will receive errors stating you cannot access the db. The
message I'm receiving now is slightly different though and I cannot
access the folder tree to delete old items.

Thanks in advance - js
