Is it possible to sort messages by the senders actual Email Address - NOT the
contact name which seems to be the case when sorting by using the "From"
field.
The examples below appear separately when sorted by "From" even tho' they
are the from same address

john smith [[email protected]]

john [[email protected]]

'john smith [[email protected]]

(e-mail address removed)
 
Good question - could someone please respond?

I'm hoping the response applies to the Sent Items folder as well as the Inbox.
