Outlook 2003 won't let me configure

Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close is the
message I get everytime I try to open outlook 2003. I can't even get it open
to set up my email accounts.

Hi

Are you planning to use BCM or just Outlook coz if your only intereted in
setting up an email account in outlook go to start > control panel (make
sure your in classic veiw) > mail > show profiles > properties > data file >
highlight BCM and click on remove.Then you should be able to set email
account in Outlook without any problems.

In case you want to use BCM go to add /remove programs and check if you have
a beta version of .net frame work in case you do unitstall the same.Also
remove .net Frame work 2.0 and then check if bcm works fine
