Outlook 2003 - Text vs HTML

When I received e-mails they are in text only form. I have other computers
where I receive the e-mail in HTML format. I do see an option to change to
HTML but it is "Grayed" out. Anyonr have any suggestions?

If I understand you right where you are receiving the same e-mail and on one
machine it shows HTML and the other Text, then I would check to see if the
option to read all e-mail in plain text is on in Outlook 2003. See Tools |
Options | Prefs. tab | Email Options. Checkbox is something like 5 or 6
from the top.
 
Sorry I put the wrong version in my post. I have Outlook 2002. I could not
find what you mentioned as an option. Any other suggestions would be
appreciated.
