Outlook 2003 Test Message Failed

Outlook working perfectly till 12/28/05. Then on 12/28/05 Emails no longer
sending.
Have reinstalled outlook and all updates recovered .pst file. Reinstalled
email account using server details. All account settings are correct.
have tried new profile.
Test accounts settings fails
Establish network connection ok
Find outgoing mail server (stmp) Failed
Find incoming mail server (pop3) Failed
Log onto incoming mail server Failed
Send test email message Failed

Help

Maybe your provider changend the POP- and SMTP-Server. Go to the website
of your provider and see, if you find some informations.

Spoke with provider and as there is no problem with using provider via the
web not their problem
