outlook 2003 stopped sending graphics or attachments

Within the last week or so I suddenly stopped being able to send any pictures
or graphics or attachments in email. It is completely blank where the
picture should be in the recipient's email. The words come thru, but there
is not even a "red X" where the graphic should be, it's simply blank. Also,
if I've sent an email with an attachment, the email will arrive, but there is
no attachment. This happens no matter whether the recipient has OE or
Incredimail (I don't know anyone else that uses Outlook). My 'Sent' copy
looks like it should, graphics there, attachments there, but it does not
actually arrive with them.

I have done a "Detect & Repair" on Outlook. It was successful, however the
problem remains. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling, does anyone know
what might be suddenly causing this problem? Thanks in advance for any help

So sorry, forgot to mention an important point. This only seems to happen
when Forwarding an email from someone else. When I send a "new" email with
embedded graphics from my own hard drive they go thru just like they should.
Likewise if a "new" email is sent with attachments it also works. So it's
only "Forwarding" that will not send graphics or attachments. Thanks again.
